GOODGUYS 18TH MEGUIAR’S DEL MAR NATIONALS

The Goodguys 18th Meguiar’s Del Mar Nationals is a colorful “Full Throttle Fun” hot rod & custom car automotive-themed festival featuring over 2,500 hot rods, customs, classics, street rods, muscle cars & trick trucks through 1987 vintage.

Oceanside is located at the northern end of San Diego’s North County, which includes the beach communities of Del Mar, Cardiff, Encinitas, and Carlsbad - home to surf, triathlon, and beach culture.


CITY BEAT FESTIVAL OF BEERS

April 7 | 12-4pm

Location: 2223 El Cajon Blvd (in front of the Lafayette Hotel)

Approximately 45-50 craft breweries are coming together to offer samples from a variety of homegrown beers. It’s a beer lover’s paradise where you can stroll from booth to booth and sample your particular choices of beer. Food and music accompany the event.


LA JOLLA CONCOURS D’ELEGANCE

Featuring various types of fine automobile gems. Past years have showcased horseless carriages, Italian marques, British marques, woodies, 50s classics, American sports cars (with a salute to GM on their 100th anniversary), and the automobiles of Carroll Shelby.


2018 SAN DIEGO TOUR DE CURE

The Tour de Cure is all new and is perfect for all abilities. Choose your distance and know that every mile helps make a difference. Whether you choose to ride your bike, run or walk, all the roads we take lead to the same destination to fundraise for a cure. Choose the course that best suits you, your co-workers and friends.


TASTE OF HILLCREST

More than 35 fantastic Hillcrest restaurants are participating, giving foodies a chance to sample some of their best and signature dishes. From quaint cafés and French and Italian style bistros to five-star dining delights.


FALLBROOK AVOCADO FESTIVAL

Location: E Alvarado St & S Main Ave

The 32nd Annual Avocado Festival includes local artisans on the Artisan Walk on Alvarado, Cazadores Margaritas at the Main Stage area, featuring local talent, food, wine garden, local beer, community stage, kid’s zone and Avocado Central (located in the center of the event) where avocados and trees can be purchased.


PORT OF SAN DIEGO’S DAY AT THE DOCKS

48TH CHICANO PARK DAY CELEBRATION

Location: Chicano Park in Logan Heights

This family event is free and open to the public. The theme for the celebration is “Chicano Park: El Corazón de Aztlán.” Visitors to Chicano Park Day will experience traditional music and dances. In addition, there will be a display of classic lowrider cars presented by Amigos Car Club, children’s art workshop and various food and informational booths.


LA JOLLA HALF MARATHON & SHORES 5K

Starting at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, the course follows a scenic coastal route before reaching the challenging climb to the summit of Torrey Pines State Park.


SAN DIEGO EARTHFAIR

Produced by 300 volunteers, EarthFair 2018 will feature more than 300 exhibitors, special theme areas, a Food Pavilion, a special Children’s Activity Area, four entertainment venues, the Children’s Earth Parade, the eARTh Gallery arts and crafts show, and the Cleaner Car Concourse.


ART ALIVE-THE MUSEUM IN FULL BLOOM

A blaze of color, bright blossoms, and lush foliage—a garden of earthly delights—the Museum blooms again. With 100+ floral interpretations of masterworks of art and four flower-filled days of events, Art Alive returns for its 37th year.
