Today I am focusing on the BEFORE/AFTER photography/video. Visual presentation is THE MOST important thing at The Biszantz Connection for our sellers. I know that an buyer online decides to see a home based solely on the photos and video.

We did a "day shoot" and you can see the photos below. They were good...and showed off the homes best feature (in my opinion) which is the abundant sunlight. However, what also sets this home apart from the rest is how the evening lights from the pool and living room reflect off each other. 



 A "night shoot" is what I felt it needed.  Below I talk about how we are going to prep for a night shoot.
